Thank you for shopping with us! We're excited to create something special just for you. Each product you order is made-to-order — designed by us and printed by our trusted POD partners. Because of this, we have a few important policies in place to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone.

We request you to kindly read our policy before placing your order.

🧵 Custom-Made with Care

All our products are printed just for you after you place an order. That means we don’t keep stock, and every piece is unique.

So, we are unable to cancel order, accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You selected the wrong size or color

  • You changed your mind

  • You didn’t like the fit or design after receiving it

📌 Please double-check the size guide and product details before ordering. Not sure about sizing? Message us — we're happy to help!

✅ We’ll Make It Right If:

We’re here for you if your order arrives:

  • With a misprint or poor-quality print

  • In the wrong size or design

  • Damaged during delivery

In such cases, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund. To help us process it smoothly, please:

  1. Reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  2. Share a short description of the issue

  3. Attach clear photos/videos (including unboxing or packaging)

  4. Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition

💰 Refunds

We issue refunds if:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be made

  • You received a defective or incorrect product and prefer a refund instead of a replacement

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment app (like Razorpay, UPI, Paytm, etc.).

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the error is from our side (wrong item, damage, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • In all other cases, the customer will need to bear the return shipping cost.

📝 Important Notes

  • Items bought during sales or using coupon codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Slight color differences (due to screen brightness or phone display) are not considered defects.
