All our products are printed just for you after you place an order. That means we don’t keep stock, and every piece is unique.
So, we are unable to cancel order, accept returns or exchanges if:
You selected the wrong size or color
You changed your mind
You didn’t like the fit or design after receiving it

In such cases, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund. To help us process it smoothly, please:
Reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order
Share a short description of the issue
Attach clear photos/videos (including unboxing or packaging)
Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition
We issue refunds if:
The product is out of stock and cannot be made
You received a defective or incorrect product and prefer a refund instead of a replacement
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment app (like Razorpay, UPI, Paytm, etc.).
If the error is from our side (wrong item, damage, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping.
In all other cases, the customer will need to bear the return shipping cost.
Items bought during sales or using coupon codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
Slight color differences (due to screen brightness or phone display) are not considered defects.

Urban Kudiye is an Indian clothing brand built on creativity, comfort, and convenience. We design the products you see, but fulfillment (printing, packaging, and shipping) is handled by our trusted third-party print-on-demand partners. This model allows us to offer exclusive, made-to-order apparel without carrying inventory.
2. Product Information
All our products are custom-printed once an order is placed. We make every effort to display product colors and styles as accurately as possible. However, final colors may slightly vary due to screen differences or print variations.
3. Orders & Payments
Once an order is placed, it is processed automatically with our print partner and cannot be canceled or modified.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (as per Indian GST norms) unless mentioned otherwise.
We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Since our products are printed on demand, delivery timelines may range between 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner's facility.
Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because we use a print-on-demand model:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If you receive a defective product, please email us at support@urbankudiye.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear images, video, and your order ID.
We do not accept returns for size, fit, or change-of-mind. Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

All content, including designs, logos, text, and images, are owned by Urban Kudiye and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or unauthorized use may result in legal action.
