Thank you for shopping with us! Every item you order is specially made just for you — designed in India and printed by our trusted global partners. Because of our made-to-order model, your order goes through three simple stages: Production → Shipping → Delivery.

🛠️ Order Processing Time

All our products are printed on demand. Once you place your order:

  • 🧵 Production Time: 2–3 business days
     (This includes design printing, quality check, and packing)

📦 Shipping & Delivery Time

After production, your order is shipped to your address.

  • 📍 Delivery within India: 5–7 business days (after dispatch)

  • 🚀 Delivery Partners (Domestic Shipping): We work with reliable logistics partners like Delhivery, India Post, BlueDart, Xpressbees, Ekart, Ecom Express, and others, depending on your pin code.

  • 📍 Delivery International: 7–12 business days (after dispatch)

  • 🚀 Delivery Partners (International Shipping): We work with reliable logistics partners like FedEx, DHL, and Aramex, and others, depending on your pin code.

Some remote areas or unexpected courier delays may extend this slightly

🔎 Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link. You can check your order’s live status anytime!

If you haven’t received the tracking info within 3 days of placing the order, feel free to reach out to us.

🚫 Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We’ll contact you to confirm if you’d like a reshipment (additional charges may apply)

  • If not, the order will be cancelled (non-refundable for customized products)
