These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

Urban Kudiye is an Indian clothing brand built on creativity, comfort, and convenience. We design the products you see, but fulfillment (printing, packaging, and shipping) is handled by our trusted third-party print-on-demand partners. This model allows us to offer exclusive, made-to-order apparel without carrying inventory

 

2. Product Information

All our products are custom-printed once an order is placed. We make every effort to display product colors and styles as accurately as possible. However, final colors may slightly vary due to screen differences or print variations.

 

3. Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is placed, it is processed automatically with our print partner and cannot be canceled or modified.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (as per Indian GST norms) unless mentioned otherwise.

  • We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Since our products are printed on demand, delivery timelines may range between 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner's facility.

  • Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because we use a print-on-demand model:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • If you receive a defective product, please email us at support@urbankudiye.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear images & video and your order ID.

  • We do not accept returns for size, fit, or change-of-mind. Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, logos, text, and images, are owned by Urban Kudiye and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct
